I think it's got a lot of atmosphere, and generally good mixing, but the instrument textures need softening. The drums at 0:14 really need some sort of filter, to make them as if they were in the room next door; at the moment, they're just too piercing. Frankly, all the instruments could do with significant softening.

On the positive side, I really like the breakbeats. They're well done, and well placed. To be honest, if the instruments were softened, I'd be interested in licensing this for a Flash game - message me if you ever choose to give it a different mix, so I can get another look.
